Engagement Structure & Professional Framework

All collaborations are conducted fully remotely. I do not operate on hourly billing models. Engagements are structured on a fixed monthly retainer basis with clearly defined scope, milestones and responsibilities.

This is a strategic partnership, not a task-based freelance arrangement.

To ensure depth, focus and confidentiality, I work with a strictly limited number of clients at any given time. I accept only three Done-For-You clients and three advisory clients simultaneously.

In addition, I apply a niche protection principle similar to Rotary-style exclusivity:

I work with only one client per clearly defined sub-segment within the European payment ecosystem. For example, one CIT operator, one deposit & recycling manufacturer, one specific SaaS category. Direct competitors within the same sub-niche are not served simultaneously.

While I build structured visibility systems designed to generate qualified conversations, no revenue or performance guarantees are given. Market results depend on multiple factors including product-market fit, internal sales execution, timing and external market dynamics.

​My role is to create strategic positioning, measurable visibility and structured lead flow infrastructure. Commercial outcomes ultimately remain the responsibility of the client’s internal decision-making and sales processes.
